Terms of Service

◆BUYING INFO ***PLEASE READ***

• First to pay has priority.
• Price offers are accepted but please be reasonable. $15 for a $40 item is not reasonable.
• Due to the nature of these items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. Buyers will be expected to commit to their purchases.

◆PAYMENT and SHIPPING

• Paypal only.
• No order cancellations once the item is shipped. No refunds or returns. All sales are final.
• USA RESIDENTS: After payment is cleared, please allow up to 5-8 business days for items to ship.
• INTERNATIONAL: 5-12 business days as these packages require an actual post office trip.

◆AFTER SHIPMENT

USA buyers will receive an automatic Paypal notice once an item ships. International buyers will receive an e-mail notification. Once the items leave my hands, I have no control over time of arrival. Please be advised that the following are general time frames:

- USA: 3-5 days or 1 week
- INTERNATIONAL: 2-3 weeks. Could be delayed for up to 3 months depending on customs and your postal service.

◆REFUNDS AND LOST PACKAGES

• No order cancellations once the item is shipped.
• I am not responsible for any lost packages. Most orders over a certain amount are automatically insured. However, if you are from a country that does not offer insurance, then there is nothing that can be done. Insurance is only available to 52 countries (most major European nations covered).
• Fees incurred after shipment are responsibility of the buyer. I know very little about the custom charges of foreign countries, so please be aware of your country's fees beforehand. I usually undervalue and mark packages as gift.

HOW TO ORDER

• Simply fill your cart with items, check out, and pay using Paypal. Easy.
• DISCOUNTS: You may buy items from me directly to receive a small discount. Most items in the store are marked up anywhere from $1-$5 in order to accommodate for the Paypal fee.
